What & How of LICOSYS NON WOVEN:

LICOSYS rolls are inspired by a hard porous sponge which can both suck in & discharge Liquids & Emulsions simply by changing pressure by capillary cum vacuum principle as shown in the illustration.

Quality and productivity in cold rolled metal sheet processing depends heavily on efficient squeezing of chemicals, coolants, oils etc.

Conventional rubber / PU rolls offer a poor wiping performance which mostly need further assistance of Hot or Compressed Air effecting quality productivity by the dried out patches of the left out solutions.
